Replacement & Return Policy

SNS Hockey is dedicated to providing quality products and customer satisfaction.

We allow up to 7 days to register complaints if the product in use is not satisfactory for the intended purpose.

Please note that we will not accept any returns.

Customer may only replace the product with another product of the same or lesser value.

CONDITIONS FOR REPLACEMENT

  • Customer must send back the product to the advised address at his/her own cost.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply.
  • The product must be whole and in proper condition with packaging and all parts intact.

SNS Hockey reserves the right to assess requests on a case by case basis.

HOW TO RAISE THE REPLACEMENT REQUEST
To return your online order, please Email as advised below to saket@rkme.com
1 – Explain in detail the problem with the product
3 – Attach photos of the product
4 – The subject of the Email should be the COMPLAINT_Order ID

SNS Hockey will ship the replacements within 5-7 business days from the date of replacement confirmation.
